He is also a diploma holder in export & Import Management, Personality Development & Public Speaking, Supported by “tons of self-belief, hard work and more than a stroke of luck” as he puts it, Kulwant singh is today considered the pioneer of professional search and selection services in India.

Kulwant singh’s impressive career is marked by many milestones - he was the Executive Director of Shreepat Personnel Search, and was also Heading Omam Consultants Services Pvt. Ltd. for West Region, Kulwant Singh has received various appreciation letters from the Corporate Clients for Outstanding attainment.

Besides giving the firm a strategic direction, Kulwant Singh is actively involved in providing high-end recruitment solutions to clients. He has completed over 25,000 searches for business and functional heads across various industry practices. Indeed, this exceptional entrepreneur who started HFC has taken the company to great heights.

Kulwant Singh has headed various divisions within HFC and started the Consumer, Retail and Services practice. Within a short span, he took over the operationsof Mumbai office which under his leadership tripled its revenues over the next one year.

In addition to managing the Indian operations of HFC, he is driving the company into new markets such as UK, Middle East, USA and China and is working on some new business ideas that will transform the firm into a multi market, multi product organisation.

Amandeep Singh is a management graduate from the London Business School with over 20 years of experience in the executive search and selection industry. While in London, he was with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a global HR consulting firm. He is a certified assessor for 'Thomas Profiling', a psychometric testing methodology. He has been actively involved in the success of HFC over the past year.
